Healthy Steps Program
Ms.Fasack, our physical education instructor, has implemented a "Health Steps" schedule consisting of Tae Bo workouts. A "Healthy Steps to Albany" program has been initiated by the First Lady of New York, Mrs. Michelle Patterson to help promote healthy habits in adolescents. Ms. Fasack combines the workouts with an exercise and web-site which helps track and convert their exercise time into healthy steps. Our students have given their verbal commitment to complete the program. Let's cheer them on in their quest for better eating habits and regular exercise for a healthier life.
